Due to the fluid nature of our business, we can only guarantee online reservations with 24 hours notice.

For guaranteed reservations within 24 hours, you must contact our reservations center at 252-261-2900.

Cancellations must be made 24 hours before the start of your activity to avoid an administrative charge. If circumstances beyond our control cause your activity to be cancelled, full refunds will be issued or you can reschedule. We ask all reservations to arrive at the site at least 20 minutes before the reserved activity. 

Once you have submitted your reservation, one of our reservations staff will confirm your reservation.
