Question :  When is my credit card charged for my reservation?

Answer :  Since all of our activities are weather related, we do not actually charge you for your activity until it you arrive at Nor'Banks.

Question :  What about coupons and specials?

Answer : Since we do not charge you until you arrive at the site, all coupons and discounts can be applied when you check in.

Question :  Why do you only guarantee reservations within 24 hours?

Answer :  This is a new process for us and we are still integrating our walk up reservations with our online reservations.
